Shaft Copy Systems and Sensors

The ELGO-LIMAX-SAFE is an absolute measuring system for determining the position of the elevator car, consisting of the reading head and the evaluation circuit, the magnet band and a fixing set.

The system provides an absolute position and an absolute speed according to SIL-3 safety standard without switches in the shaft.

The ELGO-LIMAX-2M is an absolute measuring system for determining the position of the elevator car, consisting of the reading head, the magnet belt and a fixing set.

The measuring system can work at a shaft height of up to 100m and a maximum speed of 4.0 m / s with a millimeter resolution.

The magnetic panel HSK-01 has in the track 6 Hall sensors for the detection of the zone magnetic track on the V-shaft flag / rail.

The Hall switches have the function of the zone switch S71. The second zone S72 is obtained via the absolute value encoder system.

The shaft copying panel HSK90-101 has four x five hall sensors for the detection of the magnetic tracks on the shaft flags.

The hall switches have the function of the two penultimate switches S13A & S13B above and below and the two zones 71 and 72.

The electrical connection is made using a round cable to the car controller FKR.
