Coloured control cabinet KW04M: 1200 x 550 x 300mm (H x W x D).

Control cabinet mounting plate is mounted for protection against oscillation. Control cabinet door with interchangeable door on the ground attack and integrated air filter box with thermostatically controlled fan. All operating units of external and internal use. All labels are laser engraved.

Power unit with frequency inverter in the top of the control cabinet mounted. Frequency inverter with a nominal current to 62A amps are integrated in the controller cabinet. At nominal currents up to 152A, we use the KW06 control cabinet or external arrangement. The shielded motor- and brake-chopper wires are already connected (EMC Class B (N)).

In the bottom part of the cabinet is the information section arranged. The central controller DAVID-613 communicates serial (RS-485) with the car controller and the remote stations in the floors.

All shaft- and terminal boxes, and the communication bus, landing- and car panels are pluggable. The lower port area has a height of 200mm and is equipped with punched holes for hose clamps.

Optional there is a cabinet pedestal is available.

At the right side of the cabinet is the information section arranged. The central controller DAVID-613 communicates serial (RS-485) with the car controller and the remote stations in the floors.

The mounting plate is mounted for protection against oscillation. Optimal location of control devices on the outstanding panel.

All operating units of the outer cusp, or in the external sub-distributors operating box. All labels are laser engraved.

All operating units of the outer cusp, or in the external sub-distributors operating box. All labels are laser engraved.

Standardized structure in two cabinets: Left cabinet regulation / Right control cabinet. In hydraulic-double-triple-quadruple systems accordingly increase the number of regulation cabinets.

By default, a control cabinet pedestal at a height of 200mm is provided.

Variations in V2A / V4A (food industry) available.

Coloured control cabinet KW03: 1850 x 450 x 260mm (H x W x D) with integrated frequency inverter for roomless elevators.

Control cabinet mounting plate and the contactor plate are mounted for protection against oscillation. The AW Rescue terminal is integrated in a yellow warning Casing. All labels are laser engraved.

Coloured control cabinet KW240: 2000 x 240 x 220mm (H x W x D) for roomless elevators(MRL) for mounting in / or beside the shaft door.

The width of the mounting plate is 220mm. This construction is ideal for the replacement / redesign of KONE MONOSPACE or ThyssenKrupp MRLs.

The controller cabinet has got all components, especially the USV power unit with 800 VA (for brake opening and controller supply)

At the bottom is located on the mounting plate of the cable space with a cable attachment plate for strain relief of incoming lines.

The cable entry can be done from the control cabinet bottom, or bottom of the cabinet back wall. The cable exit to an external drive is in the upper part of the enclosure.

V2A  K240 control cabinet KW120: 2220 x 120 x 140mm (H x W x D) for roomless elevators(MRL) for mounting in / or beside the shaft door.

The width of the mounting plate is 116mm. This construction is ideal for mounting in special Meiler  & Sematic door frames, or for the replacement / redesign of Vestner MRLs.

All elements for use and the AW Rescue terminal is integrated in a yellow warning Casing.All labels are designed as laser engraving.

At the bottom is located on the mounting plate of the cable space with a cable attachment plate for strain relief of incoming lines.

The cable entry can be done from the control cabinet bottom, or bottom of the cabinet back wall. The cable exit to an external frequency inverters is in the upper part of the enclosure.

The cabinet door is removable and is locked with a standard key cylinder.

In the middle part of the cabinet is the control panel with main switch, main- and secondary fuses, emergency control and other switches, respectively. The communication is done to the central computer DAVID-613 in the shaft, the FKR on the car and the well-floor remote stations by multi-protocol serial-bus system.

Fire resistant control cabinet KW 360F:

1600 x 360 x 180mm (H x W x D), for machine room less elevators (MRL) for installation in escape and rescue routes with a fire resistance of at least 30 minutes at a fire load from inside.

All elements for use and the AW Rescue terminal is integrated in a yellow warning Casing.All labels are designed as laser engraving.

In the lower part of the cabinet are the terminals.
In the middle part of the cabinet is the central unit DAVID-613, which communicates with the FKR on the car and the shaft floor remote stations via serial multiprotocol bus system.

Above that is the control panel with main switch, main and secondary fuses, emergency control and other switches, arranged.
