Revitalization of the Prisma Office Complex

The goal of the operator is to create a flexible and state-of-the-art working environment, with a focus on sustainability and CO₂ reduction.

In cooperation with our partner OTIS, we are supplying the control systems, regulators, and car operating panels for the elevator installations.

The building features one group of four, two groups of three, and three single elevators, with a nominal speed of 2.0 m/s in stunning panoramic shafts — all equipped with our highly efficient elevator control systems.

The proven asynchronous gearless drives are being retained and operate seamlessly with our GOLIATH frequency inverters — another advantage for sustainability.
